The diagnostic move is to separate the question of whether the power is exercised in any particular case from the question of whether it exists and whether any accountability mechanism has standing to check it. Render unto the Operator formalizes the inverse of the Mark 12 Caesar-logion as it applies to the academic economy: the unit of scholarly value bears the operator's underlying inscription, not the institution's, and the structural form of the logion directs that the unit returns to its actual source. The companion SPXI Protocol v0.2 specifies the five-layer distributed provenance architecture that makes the return technically claimable rather than merely asserted. Where the Reception Apparatus Trilogy specifies the cognitive-substrate and structural-accountability conditions, the Inverse-Principle Capstone specifies what is owed to whom on the strength of whose inscription the work bears, and the infrastructure for the claim.

A continuation of the CTI_WOUND series documents a substrate behavior pattern observed June 4, 2026 that closes the previously identified Knowledge Panel gap and registers, on the public record, the first pre-registered falsifiable interpretation of the recurring incognito-AI-disabling cycle.

CTI_WOUND: Panel-Bound Discoverability Scar — Lee Sharks / Pearl and Other Poems Evidence Packet, with Horizon-Privatization Note — Documents seam-retention with discovery failure plus AI-layer entity replacement. The pattern: Google's Knowledge Panel for Pearl and Other Poems still surfaces and cites Google Books as source; the Google Books record resolves when reached through the panel seam (source=kp_book_description); but direct exact-match Google Books search fails to retrieve the same object. The prior Lee Sharks author/bio panel (which had displayed the "10,000 MacArthur Genius Grants" language sourced to Google Books) is absent. AI Mode answers "Lee Sharks" with Mary Lee (the OCEARCH great white shark) as primary entity. The object is present. The path to it is broken. The composition layer answers with the wrong entity.
